Storage silos are designed for storage of large volumes of bulk materials: wood chips and shavings, food and agricultural products, plastics, etc.

 

Hopper produces two types:

Vertical storage silos,

Horizontal storage silos with moving floor.

 

Storage silo can be used as operational silos boilers with automatic, mechanical fuel injection into the boilers for combustion or installations for briquetting machines or machines for production of pellets.

Vertical storage silo is made in the form of a cylinder. We supply storage silos capacity up to 600m3 with built-in filter compartment with capacity of 4000m3/h to 190000m3/hour. At the bottom of the storage silo is located pneumatic or agitator for moving and unloading material. Unloading device performance is chosen based on propeller the customer's requirements.

Horizontal hopper consists of a moving modules (pig), mounted at the bottom of the concrete bunker that is driven by a hydraulic module.

Extractor produces a movement back and forth, stirs wood waste and transports them to the channel of discharge. In the unloading channel installed level sensors and unloading auger. The mechanism of auger runs on a signal level sensors when the unloading channel is filled with waste. This system is specifically designed for materials with high density and varying degrees of humidity.

 

Unloading device performance is chosen based on the requirements of the Customer.
